When you find a product you are interested in, click on the image to go to the product page. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles which will allow you to customize it for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the \"Add To Bag\" button to add the item to your shopping bag. The item will be added and you may continue shopping without interruption.<\/p>\r\n

If it is an item than can be personalized you must select \"Yes Please\" under the \"Personalize this item\" heading - if you wish to personalize it.<\/p>\r\n

You may view your shopping bag at any time buy clicking on or hovering over the shopping bag icon located at the top right of each page. You may also click the \"Checkout\" link to view your order on a separate page. When you view your shopping bag you can change product amounts, change personalization or remove them.<\/p> \r\n

When you are completely satisfied with your order click \"Proceed to Checkout\". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security.<\/p>\r\n

After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Please review your order at this time, as it is your last chance to make any changes. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details. Samples are available for a variety of different products. To determine whether the product you are interested in can be purchased as a sample you will need to visit the individual product page.<\/p>\r\n

Once on the product page you will have the option to add a sample to your shopping bag. To the right of the picture and below the product information will be a pink link that says [order a sample for __]. If this link is not on the product page then we do not currently offer a sample for that product.<\/p>\r\n

At this time we do not offer personalized samples of stationery products. However, if you order a sample of a product that can be personalized, sample personalization will often be included.<\/p> <\/div>\n

Unfortunately there isn't much that we can do if your credit card is not approved. If you believe you have the funds on the card we recommend contacting your credit card company. They will sometimes put a block on a card if you are ordering from an unfamiliar location or from somewhere you have never ordered from before. If you are located outside of Canada the problem is more common.<\/p>\r\n

If contacting your credit card company does not resolve the problem the only other solution we can offer is that you should try a different card.<\/p> <\/div>\n

Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Due to the bulkiness of some items, shipping costs may greatly exceed the estimated amount. In such rare cases you will be contacted and informed of the exact shipping rate before we process your order.<\/p> <\/div>\n

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 5 - 22 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at the Checkout. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. We recommend choosing \"Express\" shipping for \"Rush\" orders.<\/p>\r\n

    We carry a wide range of personalized products. To determine whether or not a product can be personalized you will need to go to its product page. To personalize a product, enter a valid quantity and click \"Personalize this item\". You will then need to follow the steps to choose your personalization options.<\/p>\r\n
