How do I track my order?

To track your order after it has shipped, you can:

1. Use the Tracking Link: Click on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email we sent once your order has shipped.

If you no longer have that email, please follow these steps:

1. Visit Our Website: Go to the bottom of our website and find the "Shipping Info" section.

2. Track Your Order: Click on "Track an Order" in that section.

3. Enter Your Information: You’ll need to provide the following details to track your order:

   • Order ID (your order confirmation number)
   • Billing Last Name
   • Email Address

   If you choose to search by postal/ZIP code, please ensure it is entered in the format XXX XXX.
