Service was very quick and efficient. I wish there had been more images of the item from different sides and angles on the product page. Also, it was challenging to select a thread color for the monogram since there were no examples of what it would look like on the finished product. Finally, I was surprised to find that the lining is made of a satiny fabric instead of something more durable or waterproof. Overall, it's a nice bag.
